IBSA is a founding affiliate of the Federation of Unions of South Africa (FEDUSA). Through FEDUSA, IBSA is represented at the National Economic Development and Labour Council (NEDLAC), where government, labour, business and community leaders discuss issues that affect the insurance and banking sector.

FEDUSA is IBSA’s essential voice in the Public Finance and Monetary Chamber.
